6/23/15 JB <br />1 <br />Exhibit 2 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2015- <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING <br />CORRECTIONS TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE PLAN <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MEMBERS OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana conclusively finds, <br />determines and declares as follows: <br />A. The Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana (the “Authority”) is required <br />by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”) to have a <br />Administrative Plan to administer a Housing Choice Voucher (“HCV”) Rental Assistance <br />Program. <br />B. The Administrative Plan informs the public and staff about local Authority <br />policies and explains how the Santa Ana Housing Authority will implement those <br />policies. The following sections were revised: Chapter 4-III.C. Selection Method and <br />Chapter 7-II.H. Verification of Preference Status. <br />Section 2. The Administrative Plan of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana <br />is hereby revised as referenced herein, and is hereby approved and adopted. <br />Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by the <br />Authority Board, and the Recording Secretary for the Authority shall attest to and certify the <br />vote adopting this Resolution. <br />ADOPTED this _____ day of ______________, 2015. <br />_____________________ <br />Miguel A.
