CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT" <br />Proiace No. 15-6839 Local Street Slurry Seat <br />This CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT is made and entered inter this i day of July 2015, by and <br />between the CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, a charter city and municipal corporation <br />Organized and existing under the Constitution and Taws of the State of California, <br />hereinafter referred to as '"CI'T'Y" and All American Asphalt* hereinafter referred to as <br />OCONTRAC"i`tlW. <br />=M@= <br />T= <br />The CITY and the CONTRACTOR, for the consideration hereinafter named, mutually agree <br />as follows; <br />1.
