PVVA/CU: T Oi <br />LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA AND <br />MA, DEL CARMEN MIRANDA-BARAJAS, JUAN MIRANDA, VEGA DE MIRANDA, <br />JOSE ANTONIO MIRANDA BARAJAS, CHRISTIAN MIRANDA, JUAN MARTIN <br />MIRANDA, VEGA LEO JUAN <br />1. PARTIES <br />This Lease, dated June 26, 2015, is made and entered by and upon the City of <br />Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation ("Landlord") and Ma. Del <br />Carmen Miranda-Barajas, Juan Miranda, Vega De Miranda, Jose Antonio Miranda <br />Barajas, Christian Miranda, Juan Martin Miranda, Vega Leo Juan ("Tenant'). <br />2. PREMISES <br />Landlord does hereby lease to Tenant, and Tenant hereby leases from Landlord that <br />certain property located at 1319 N. Bristol Street, Santa Ana, California (APN # 405- <br />272-14) (together the "Premises"). <br />3. TERM OF LEASE <br />This Lease shall commence on the date stated above and shall continue on a month <br />to month basis. <br />Tenant shall pay to Landlord monthly compensation in the amount of TWO <br />THOUSAND DOLLARS AND NO CENTS ($2,000.00) per month ("Compensation") <br />for use of the Premises. Compensation will be payable the 1St of every month until <br />further notice in writing, payable to "The City of Santa Ana" and remitted to the <br />address listed herein below in Section 15 "Notices", Please note a fee of $25.00 will <br />be charged if the rent is not received within 5 days after the 15t of the month. All <br />payments requiring prorating shall be prorated on the basis of a 30 -day month. <br />Tenant shall be responsible for arranging for and paying for all utility services <br />required on the premises. <br />Page 1 of 7 <br />
