MOTION: Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to <br />execute the one-year agreement, with two one-year options to renew, <br />with Westbound Communications, Inc. for the period June 16, 2015 <br />to June 15, 2016 for consulting services related to the continuance <br />of the Ready OC Emergency Preparedness Campaign, and the "If <br />You See Something, Say SomethingT""' Public Awareness Campaign, <br />which primarily serves the Anaheim/Santa Ana Urban Area, for a <br />total three year amount not to exceed $1,500,000, subject to non - <br />substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City <br />Attorney. <br />25E.
