4. The fraction of final compensation to be provided for each year of <br />credited prior and current service as a miscellaneous member shall <br />be determined in accordance with :auction 21251.13 of said Retirement <br />Law (22 at age 60). <br />5. The fraction of final compensation to be provided for each year <br />of credited pricer and current service: as a safety member shall <br />be determined to accordance with Section 21252.01 of said <br />Retirement Law (2% at age 50). <br />6. The following additional provisions of the Public Umployeae' Retirement <br />Taiw which apply srnly upon election of a contracting agency shall apply <br />to the :public Agency and its amployeest <br />a» Sectiones 11380-21388 (providing for allowances for survivors <br />of members covered under the 1959 Survivor's Program upon the <br />me=mber's deans before retiroment). <br />b: Sections 21263 and 21263.1 (providing upon the death of a <br />member who retired for service or disability for continuance.. <br />of a pest-ratirement survivor allowance to certain survivors). <br />a. Section 20930.3 (allowing public: service credit under the <br />provisions of Chapter $10, State. 1976, .for up to four years <br />of continuous military or merchant marine service), <br />d. Section 211983.6 (providing t1kkat miscellaneous members attaining <br />age 67 may continue in employment irrespective of age as members <br />of said System upon certification of the member's competence by <br />Public Agenay). <br />'7. Public Agency$ in accordance with Section 20740, Government Gods, <br />ceased to be an '"camployar" for purposes of Chapter 6 of the Public <br />Employees' Retirement law effective aanDecomber 36, 1976. <br />Accumulated contributions of Public Agency as of the aforementioned <br />data shall be fixed and determined as provided in Section 20759, <br />Government Code$ and accumulated contributions as of the afore- <br />mentioned date and contributions thereafter made shall be holm by <br />the Board as provided in Section 20759, Government Code* <br />,'8. Public Agency shall contribute to said iictiremsent System as follows <br />a'.
