NS -1334 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA AMENDING THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE <br />BY ADDING SECTIONS 12-120 THROUGH 12-135 REGULATING <br />FIGURE MODEL STUDIOS AND FIGURE MODELS. <br />Councilman Evans' motion to continue consideration of NS -1334 <br />to the December 6 Council meeting to allow Staff to review <br />the ordinance with the business people it will affect was <br />seconded by Councilman Brandt, and carried 6:1, with Council= <br />man Yamamoto dissenting. <br />Two speakers came forward to ask for a continuance of the <br />matter to allow them to review the proposed ordinance and its <br />effect on their businesses: <br />Robert Kitchin, 1324 N.
