ORDINANCE NS -1031 AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AND THE BOARD OF ADMINISTRATION OF THE CALIFORNIA PUBLIC EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT SYSTEM THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: That an amendment to the Contract between the € City Council of the City of Santa Ana and the Board of Administra- r tion, California Public Employees` Retirement System is hereby authorized, a copy of said amendment being attached hereto, marked "Exhibit A", and by such reference made a part hereof as though herein set out in full. SECTION 2: That the City Manager of the City of Santa ' Ana is hereby authorized, empowered, and directed to execute said amendment for and on behalf of said Agency. SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days from and after the date of its adoption. SECTION 4: That the Clerk of the Council shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published in some daily newspaper printed and published in the City of Santa Ana.
