CONSENT CALENDAR <br />25.D. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR DRINKING WATER SECURITY <br />ASSESSMENT <br />Motion: 1. Approve appropriation adjustment. (Requires five affirmative <br />votes.) <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT NO. 03-029 - Accepting Federal <br />United States Environmental Protection Agency Grant Award funds of <br />$115,000.000 in the Water Revenue fund and appropriate the funds to <br />the Water Administration and Engineering account for the purpose of <br />conducting a drinking water system security assessment <br />2.
