SECTION 2: That an amendment to the contract between the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Ana and the Board of Administration of the California Public Employees' <br />Retirement System is hereby authorized, in accordance with the terms of Exhibit A to this <br />Ordinance which is attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof. <br />SECTION 3: That the City Attorney is hereby directed to prepare and the City <br />Manager and Clerk of the Council are hereby authorized, empowered and directed to <br />execute said amendment for and on behalf of the City of Santa Ana. <br />ADOPTED this day of 12002. <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Joseph W.
