19 9 72 <br />20 10 80 <br />C. No employee becomes eligible for longevity vacation until completion of the sixth <br />(6t) year of continuous service, and each employee continues to earn the maximum <br />often (10) working days (80 hours) of longevity vacation for each completed year of <br />service in excess of twenty (20) years. <br />10.3 Leave Cash Options. Please refer to Section 9.6 for details. <br />10.4 Management Vacation Benefit. All employees covered by this MOU will be granted one <br />hundred (100) hours of management vacation per calendar year over the vacation schedules. <br />Employees may accrue a maximum of 480 hours of such Management vacation. <br />10.5 Effect of Extended Sick Leave on Vacation Accrual. An employee that is absent on paid sick <br />leave or unpaid leave for aperiod of time greater than fifteen (15) consecutive calendar days <br />in any one (1) calendar month shall not accrue vacation credits during that month. <br />25 <br />251 -27 <br />
