ARTICLE XV <br />15.0 TECHNOLOGY STIPEND <br />15.1 The City shall provide a $75 a month Electronic Device Stipend ( "Stipend ") for those <br />Association employees whose positions require the regular use of a cell phone and /or tablet <br />and who choose to use their own personal devices for business - related conversations and <br />activities. These employees maybe eligible to receive a Stipend to compensate forbusiness- <br />related costs incurred while using their individually -owned electronic devices. Eligibility for <br />the stipend requires the employee to return to the City any City issued electronic device for <br />which the employee will be substituting his or her personal device. <br />41 <br />251 -43 <br />
