ARTICLE XVII <br />17.0 CONTROLLED PARKING AND TAKE HOME VEHICLE PRIVILEGES <br />17.1 Parkin . The City shall provide non -sworn employees covered by this MOU with free <br />parking for personal vehicles during on -duty hours in controlled parking facilities in the <br />Civic Center area. <br />17,2 Take Home Vehicle, All employees in the classifications of Deputy Chief of Police and <br />Police Commander shall receive a City -owned and maintained vehicle for traveling between <br />the employee's residence and the Police Department or other business - related location, as <br />necessary in the performance of his or her duties. <br />43 <br />251 -45 <br />
