The 2015/2016 <br />hourly rates are as follows: <br />Appraisal Preparation $325.00 <br />Litigation Support $325.00 <br />Deposition and Court Testimony $425,00 <br />The hourly rate will increase 2.5% per year during the duration of the contact. <br />PRICING DETAIL <br />Goodwill loss appraisal fees are based on the relative complexity of the assignment and litigation <br />requirements. Goodwill loss appraisal fees for various types of businesses are as follows: <br />Business Type /Complexity <br />Budgetary Estimate of Goodwill Loss <br />Small Sole Proprietorship <br />(i.e. accountant, hair salon, liquor store) <br />Retail Type Business <br />(i,e. restaurant, gasoline station, 990 Store) <br />Larger Industrial/Manufacturing <br />Typical Appraisal Fee <br />$2,500 <br />$3,500 - $5,500 <br />$4,500 — $6,500 <br />$6,500 - $12,500 <br />Actual appraisal fees could vary for individual appraisal assignments, depending on the facts <br />surrounding the matter. No subconsultant costs would be incurred. <br />PROPOSED REIMBURSABLES <br />Domma Desmond Associates does not charge for any costs, with the exception of trial exhibits <br />produced by an outside firm.
