Fees <br />DM &A is committed to providing top level service and work product at a competitive pricing <br />level. DM &A's billing rates are all- inclusive and we will not submit claims for reimbursement of <br />mileage, overtime, travel costs or ordinary costs incurred in the appraisal process. Not -to- <br />exceed fees can be provided for many fixture and equipment appraisal assignments once the <br />details of the project and the businesses are known. Our standard hourly fee schedule is <br />located in the Fee Proposal, submitted under separate cover. <br />2. SCOPE OF SERVICES & SCHEDULE <br />Scope of Services <br />DM &A's work will encompass steps including, but not limited to, the following: <br />• Communications with City management to ascertain the scope of the assignment. <br />• Coordination with relocation agents, acquisition agents and attorneys. <br />• Scheduling a site inspection convenient to the business' owners and management; <br />25L -77 <br />
