Officers; Duties; Official Bonds <br />a. The Board shall elect a cicur and vice chair from among die Delegates at the <br />Board's umual meeting who shall serve a term of orte (l) year or until their respective successor is <br />elected. As chief executive of the Authority, the Executive Director is authorized to execute <br />coutracts and other obliggttous of the Authority, unless prior Board approval is required by a third <br />party, by law or by Board specification, and to perform other duties specified by the Board.
