B. Effective October 1, 2014, employees covered under this MOU began <br />participating in the "Vantage Care" Retirement Health Savings Plan <br />(RHS), as earlier implemented by the City, which designated ICMA -RC <br />as the administrator of the plan. At that time, employees covered <br />under this MOU received a one -time increase of 1.25% in their base <br />pay, which amount was deposited into their individual RHS accounts <br />each pay period going forward. <br />C.
