ARTICLE XXVI <br />26.0 EMERGENCY WAIVER PROVISION <br />26.1 In the event of circumstances beyond the control of the City, such as acts of God, fire, <br />flood, insurrection, civil disorder., national emergency, or similar circumstances, <br />provisions of this Agreement or the Personnel Rules or Resolutions of the City, which <br />restrict the City's ability to respond to these emergencies, shall be suspended for the <br />duration of such emergency. After the emergency is declared over, this Agreement will <br />be reinstated immediately. The Union shall have the right to meet and confer with the <br />City regarding the impact on employees of the suspension of the provisions in the <br />Agreement during the course of the emergency. <br />54 <br />25J -56 <br />
