Appraisal reports can be <br />completed within four to six weeks of receiving all applicable documentation from the <br />business owners. Goodwill loss appraisals are often delayed by business owners' <br />reluctance to provide financial documents, including income tax returns. DDA works closely <br />with project staff and the relocation consultants to ensure business owners understand the <br />necessity of providing such documentation.
