"Extension" <br />Dear Mr. Epperson: <br />A -2014- 129 -01 <br />Pursuant to Agreement No. A- 2014 -129, entered by Tetratech, Inc., and the City of Santa Ana, <br />dated June 3, 2014, Section 4 "Term ", the time period of said Agreement is hereby extended for an <br />additional one (1) year period, through June 30, 2016. The insurance certificates are required to be <br />extended and/or renewed to cover this extension.
