Chairman Gartner opened the public hearing. The applicant, <br />Gregg Berwin, answered questions from the commission related to neighborhood <br />outreach, signage height, light bulb maintenance, public display messages, and the <br />potential to add "Santa Ana" to all vehicle entry monument signs.
