(b) Wherever the language of any section, subsection, provision, or clause <br />contained in Chapter 36 of this Code shall mention the executive director of the <br />community development agency, such section, subsection, provision, or clause shall <br />mean the executive director of the finance and management services agency. <br />(c) Wherever the language of any section, subsection, provision, or clause <br />contained in Chapter 36 of this Code shall mention the downtown development <br />manager, such section, subsection, provision, or clause shall mean the treasury and <br />customer services manager. <br />SECTION 8. Section 36 -144 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code is hereby amended <br />such that it reads as follows: <br />Sec. 36 -144. - Same —All night parking prohibited on certain streets; Exception. <br />(a) No person shall park and leave standing any vehicle for a period of time longer than <br />thirty (30) minutes between the hours of two o'clock (2:00) a.m. and six o'clock <br />(6:00) a.m, of any day upon any portion of Main Street, Broadway, First Street, <br />Seventeenth Street, Flower Street, Edinger Avenue, Warner Avenue, Bristol Street, <br />Eighth Street or Fourth Street, or upon any portion of any public highway in the city <br />where parking meters have been installed along the curb, or at any place on any <br />such highway between any two (2) parking meters along the curb. <br />(b) Exception: Notwithstanding subsection (a), parking is allowed in designated parking <br />meters on Fourth Street between Ross Street and Mortimer Street every night until <br />four o'clock (4:00) a.m. <br />SECTION 9. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or portion of this <br />ordinance is for any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional by the decision of any <br />court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining <br />portions of this ordinance. The city council of the City of Santa Ana hereby declares that it <br />would have adopted this ordinance and each section, subsection, sentence, clause, <br />phrase or portion thereof irrespective of the fact that any one or more sections, <br />subsections, sentences, clauses, phrases, or portions be declared invalid or <br />unconstitutional. <br />ADOPTED this day of _ 2015. <br />Ordinance No. NS -XXX <br />Page 8 of 9 <br />Miguel A.
