He is <br />skilled at analyzing complex geotechnical problems and has prepared comprehensive reports with detailed <br />recommendations. Funding is being provided by a State of California, Department of Housing <br />and Community Development, Housing related development program. The .465 acre project site is <br />bordered to the north by Memory Lane, east / southeast by the Santa Ana River and to the west by the <br />Vista Del Rio Housing community. The site will provide a desired connection to the adjacent Santa Ana <br />River Regional Bike, Equestrian and jogging trail.
