Exhibit C - Compensation <br />Dan Cloak Environmental Consulting <br />A Sole Proprietorship <br />2015 Fee Schedule <br />Charges are for professional services and direct expenses. A new fee schedule is <br />issued at the beginning of the calendar year and applies except by previous <br />agreement. <br />Invoices are prepared and submitted monthly unless arranged otherwise. <br />Professional Services <br />Charges are for any technical or related work necessary to perform the project. <br />"Tasks may include environmental consulting, engineering, computer-related <br />services, regulatory liaison, and report preparation. Charges are in increments of <br />one quarter -hour. <br />Dan Cloak, P.E. (Principal) ...... ............................... .......,....................... $160 /hour <br />Direct Expenses <br />Expenses directly related to services provided will be charged at cost. Examples of <br />direct expenses are: <br />• Subcontracted services <br />• Special fees, insurance, or permits needed specifically for the project <br />• Copying and reproduction <br />• in -office black & white copies 10¢ /page <br />• iii-office color copies 25¢ /page <br />• Rental of special equipment <br />• Costs of authorized travel outside the Bay area <br />• Automobile mileage (IRS rate), tolls, and fares directly related to services <br />25M -44 <br />
