XIII. PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS <br />The successful Contractor(s) shall clearly demonstrate the ability to: <br />A. Receive service requests on a twenty -four (24) hour basis via graffiti hotline, app, fax, or e- <br />mail, <br />B. Prepare surfaces and paint over graffiti with a color matching the existing covering, or <br />remove graffiti with appropriate cleaners, removers, etc., <br />C. Protect surfaces, landscaping, and personal property, adjacent to graffiti removal locations, <br />D. Properly clean -up work areas, and dispose of paints, chemicals, solvents, and cleaning <br />agents, utilized in performing the graffiti removal work per local, state, and Federal <br />regulations, and <br />E. Accurately track and report the work location, scope, quantity of work performed, and <br />employment utilization. <br />XIV. ACCOUNT MANAGER/ SUPPORT STAFF <br />A. Contractor shall provide a dedicated competent account manager who shall be <br />responsible for the City account/contract. The account manager shall receive all orders <br />from the City and shall be the primary contact for all issues regarding Proposer's <br />response to this RFP and any contract which may arise pursuant to this RFP. <br />B. Contractor shall also provide adequate, competent support staff that shall be able to <br />service the City during normal working hours, Monday through Friday. Such <br />representative(s) shall be knowledgeable about the contract, products offered, able to <br />identify, and resolve quickly any issues including but not limited to order and invoicing <br />problems. <br />C. Contractor account manager shall be familiar with City requirements, standards, and <br />work with the PWA staff to ensure that established standards are adhered to. <br />XV. INITIATION / KICK OFF MEETING <br />The successful proposer will be required to meet with City staff prior to commencement of <br />services or at any time as required by the City, to discuss and agree on operational issues <br />including transition of services and scheduling. <br />XVI. CITY BUSINESS LICENSE <br />The selected proposer shall be required to obtain a City of Santa Ana Business license within <br />thirty (30) days of selection and must provide a copy to the City's projects manager or designee <br />prior to commencing any work in Santa Ana. <br />XVII. ADDENDA <br />Any subsequent changes in RFP from the date of preparation to date of submittal will result in an <br />addendum or amendment by the issuing office. Notification of such addendum or amendment <br />shall be effected by posting on City's website, as set forth in the Notice Inviting Proposals. <br />City of Santa Ana GRSC Services RFP Page 6 <br />
