Employees may or may not be allowed or required to accrunulate or split <br />vacations. The time at which an employee shall take his or her vacation shall <br />be determined by seniority within ranIq with due regard for the needs of the <br />service. <br />4. For purposes of computing vacation accruals, an eight (8) hour day shall be <br />the basis for computation, <br />Longevity Vacation. <br />A. Longevity vacation accrual shall be operative only through December 31, 2015. <br />Effective January 1, 2016, vacation accrual shall be governed solelyby Section 10.2. <br />B.
