Oj91 <br />Service Rules and Regulations, does not constitute a break in service, and <br />the period of absence on such military leave shall be applied toward the <br />accumulation of vacation. <br />3. Vacation Buy -Back. Employees covered by this MOU are eligible to <br />require the city to buy back up to eighty (80) hours of their banked <br />vacation per fiscal year. <br />Longevity Vacation. <br />A. Longevity vacation accrual shall be operative only through December 31, 2015. <br />Effective January 1, 2016, vacation accrual shall be governed solely by Section 9.2. <br />B. Each permanent employee is granted additional work days of vacation leave with <br />pay for each completed year of full -time, continuous city service as set forth in the <br />following table. This additional vacation shall be designated longevity vacation. <br />C. No employee becomes eligible for longevity vacation until completion of the sixth <br />(6') year of continuous service, and each employee continues to earn the maximum <br />of ten (10) working days (80 hours) of longevity vacation for each completed year <br />of service in excess of twenty (20) years. <br />D.
