A- 2014 - 113 -01 <br />FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR <br />LAW ENFORCEMENT HELICOPTER SERVICES <br />BETWEEN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />AND THE <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE <br />This First Amendment to the Agreement for Law Enforcement Helicopter Services is <br />entered into this First day of June, 2015, which date is enumerated for purpose of <br />reference only, by and between the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal <br />corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of <br />California, hereinafter referred to as "CITY ", and the County of Orange, a political <br />subdivision of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as "COUNTY ", to amend <br />that certain Agreement between the parties commencing July 1, 2014 hereinafter <br />referred to as the "Agreement ". <br />1. For the period July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016, in accordance with Section <br />4.01 ANNUAL FLIGHT HOURS, COST and PAYMENT of the Agreement, Exhibit <br />"A" is amended as attached hereto. <br />2. All other provisions of the Agreement, to the extent that they are not in conflict <br />with the FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT, remain unchanged. <br />
