Subgrantee approved policies must meet the requirements of 2 CFR Parts 200, 225 and 230, as applicable and 45 CFR Parts 74 and 92, as applicable; b. Food and Meals Costs associated with food or meals are allowable when consistent with OMB Circulars and guidance, HHS Federal regulations, Program Regulations, HHS policies and guidance.
