Agreement not incorporated in the Agreement is binding on any <br />of the parties; <br />ii. If Subgrantee intends to request a formal amendment to this <br />Agreement, the request must be submitted in writing; and <br />iii. Any increase to out -of -state travel costs or equipment <br />purchases will require a request for modification to the budget. <br />10. Correspondence Requirements <br />a. All correspondence, including emails and faxes, to Subgrantor must be <br />dated, identified with the Award Number and include name, email <br />address, phone number and fax number of contact person. <br />b. Unless otherwise provided herein, notice given by the parties shall be <br />in writing, delivered personally, by United States certified mail and <br />deemed delivered three (3) days after tendered for delivery, or by <br />overnight delivery service (with confirmation).
