The correct Statutory Authority for this grant under FOA DP14 -1417 is: This program is authorized under Sections 317 (k)(2) of the Public Health Service Act 42 U.S,Code 247b(k)(2), Approved Funding; Funding in the amount of $1,385,251 is approved for the Year 01 budget period, which is September 30, 2014 through September 29, 2015. All future year funding will be based on satisfactory programmatic progress and the availability of funds. Award Funding; Not funded by the Prevention and Public Health Fund Objective Review Statement Response Requirement: The review comments on the strengths and weaknesses of the proposal are provided as part of this award.
