On or about June 30, 2015, all outstanding stook of OC Wety, Inc. was purohased by Janet <br />Robson from John La Placa as shower in the Resolution attached hereto as Exhibit "A" <br />3. As of June 30, 2015, Janet Robson become the director, shareholder, Secretary, Chief <br />Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer of OC Safety, hm; <br />4. Janet Robson hereby agrees to honor all terms of the Agreement and it is attached hereto as <br />Exhibit "B" mid by this reference made a part hereof; <br />5� Janet Rribecui hereby accepts and assumes the righbk, liabilities and obligations of OC Safety, <br />Inc. under the Agreement from Inca 30, 2015 and maeafter; <br />6.
