This Agreement shall be administered by the <br />County of Orange Health Care Agency (ADMINISTRATOR). <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, COUNTY wishes to contract with CONTRACTOR for the provision of Point of <br />Dispensing Site Equipment Services described herein to the residents of Orange County; and <br />WHEREAS, CONTRACTOR is agreeable to the rendering of such services on the terms and <br />conditions hereinafter set forth: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED AS FOLLOWS: <br />
