The policy or policies of insurance maintained by CONTRACTOR shall provide the <br />2 minimum limits and coverage as set forth below: <br />3 <br />4 Coverage Minimum Limits <br />5 <br />6 Commercial General Liability $1,000,000 per occurrence <br />7 <br />8 $2,000,000 aggregate <br />9 <br />10 Automobile Liability including coverage $1,000,000 per occurrence <br />1 I for owned, non -owned and hired vehicles <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 Workers' Compensation Statutory <br />15 <br />16 Employers' Liability Insurance $1,000,000 per occurrence <br />17 <br />18 L REQUIRED COVERAGE FORMS <br />19 1. The Commercial General Liability coverage shall be written on Insurance Services Office <br />20 (ISO) form CG 00 01, or a substitute form providing liability coverage at least as broad. <br />21 2. The Business Auto Liability coverage shall be written on ISO form CA 00 01, CA 00 05, <br />22 CA 0012, CA 00 20, or a substitute form providing coverage at least as broad. <br />23 J. REQUIRED ENDORSEMENTS — The Commercial General Liability policy shall contain the <br />24 following endorsements, which shall accompany the Certificate of insurance: <br />25 1. An Additional Insured endorsement using ISO form CG 2010 or CG 2033 or a format least <br />26 as broad naming the County of Orange its elected and appointed officials, officers, agents and <br />27 employees as Additional Insureds, <br />28 2. A primary non-contributing endorsement evidencing that the Contractor's insurance is <br />29 primary and any insurance or self-insurance maintained by the County of Orange shall be excess and <br />30 non-contributing. <br />31 K. The Workers' Compensation policy shall contain a waiver of subrogation endorsement waiving <br />32 all rights of subrogation against the County of Orange, its elected and appointed officials, officers, <br />33 agents and employees. <br />34 L.
