A summary of the bid invitations and bids received is as follows: <br />12 Vendors were notified <br />2 Santa Ana vendors were notified <br />5 Vendors downloaded the bid packet <br />4 Bids received <br />1 Bid received from a Santa Ana vendor <br />2213-1 <br />
