What <br />specific activities will be undertaken during the contract period. Please be concise in your response. Only the viewable space <br />will print. <br />IF Rapid-Re-Housing(RRH) Program is designed to help homeless families and individuals transition more rapidly out of the <br />shelter system or street homelessness. Our goal is to identify barriers and provide support to overcome barriers to success <br />while stabilizing families and individuals in permanent housing as quickly as possible. The Santa Ana ESG funds will provide <br />individuals with permanent housing solutions along with individualized services to help improve their social and economic well- <br />being. <br />The funds will provide: <br />Housing Relocation and Stabilization for homeless families and individuals <br />Housing Search, Placement, and Retention services <br />Application Fees, Deposits, Last Month's Rent, and Moving Costs <br />Case Management and Wrap-around Services <br />Credit Counseling/Financial Literacy <br />Short to Medium -Term Rental Assistance <br />Schedule of Performance/Goal Outcomes <br />Estimate the number of ONLY unduplicated Santa Ana participants to be served by the funded program during the 12 -month <br />contract period per quarter.
