The bidder also proposes <br />to commence construction of the Work within fifteen (15) days after issuance of a Notice to <br />Proceed, and to continue in a diligent and workman -like manner without interruption, and to <br />complete the construction thereof within the time specified above. <br />The liquidated damages amount shall be $250.00 per calendar day. <br />
