NVIRON ENTAL IMPACT In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the recommended actions are exempt from further review. Categorical Exemption Environmental Review ER 2015-60 has been filed for this project. In addition, a Certification of Categorical Exclusion and Statutory Worksheet have been prepared in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act.
