Planned completion is Q3/2015. <br />Task 3 -B: S4 Outdoor PSA and Earned Media Promotion (Fall 2015) <br />Objective: <br />Develop and implement a comprehensive media promotion program to maximize exposure of <br />the S4 campaign through paid, sponsored and earned coverage through a combination of <br />outdoor, print, online and broadcast media. <br />Task Description: <br />Secure minimum of 20 combined paid- earned - sponsored media placements generating a <br />minimum of two (2) million measured impressions. <br />Responsibilities: <br />WBC shall: <br />a. Research and secure a minimum of 20 media placements as described above. <br />Santa Ana shall: <br />a.
