This duty applies separately toyou and any additional insured, 3. Legal Action Against Uo No person or organization has o right under this Coverage Part: a. To join um as a party or otherwise bring us into a "au|t'asking for damages from aninsured; or b. To sue us on this Coverage Part unless all of its terms have been fully ommphedwith.
