IMPLEMENTATION <br />A. KICK -OFF MEETING <br />A kick -off meeting will be held after award of contract. Consultant and its team will meet with <br />City of Santa Ana staff to conduct introductions, discuss scope of services, and implementation <br />process. <br />B. NOTICE TO PROCEED <br />Following the kick -off meeting, a formal Notice to Proceed (NT'P) may be issued after the <br />agreement is fully executed, and all insurance documents and contents of the Payment <br />information Packet have been received and approved. <br />VIII. PUBLIC RECORDS <br />All responses to the REP shall become property of the City, and proposals will become public record <br />after award of agreement. Proposer information identified as proprietary information shall be <br />maintained confidential, to the extent allowed under the California Public Records Act. <br />City <br />
