I. Content <br />The City retains control over all creative content, and is responsible for providing existing creative <br />content to the Consultant. The City will work with the Consultant(s) to develop any new creative, <br />including public service announcements, display ads, collateral materials, etc., as well as the technical <br />and knowledge support required to execute any advertising activities. The City will be the sole <br />authority in determining acceptability of Consultant(s) work product. <br />J. References and Related Work Product Samples <br />The List of References form is required to be completed as reflected in Section K. Proposers and <br />Subcontractors of Proposer are required to provide a minimum of four (4) references to demonstrate <br />successfal performance for work of similar size and specific scope of work per component specific for <br />proposal submittal as specified in this contract during the past five (5) years. The name of the project <br />and the dollar amount of the contract shall be provided for each listed reference along with contact <br />information. Proposers and Subcontractors of Proposer must also demonstrate that they are properly <br />equipped to perform the work as specified in this contract. Previous experience working with <br />government agencies and working cooperatively with other companies /agencies /entities will be an <br />important consideration. This will enable the City to judge product reliability, vendor performance, and <br />other information. <br />K. Oral Interviews and Presentations <br />Only Proposers meeting qualifications as determined at the sole discretion of the City will be required <br />to make individual oral presentations to the City Evaluation Committee, or its designated <br />representatives, in order to clarify their Proposals and as part of the selection process. The interview of <br />key personnel is to determine if the City is able to establish rapport and a productive professional <br />working relationship with these individual(s) and to assess their expertise. Prior to any oral <br />presentation/interview, the City will have completed all reference checks. Multiple interviews may be <br />required and may be by telephone and or in person which shall be solely determined at the discretion of <br />the City. If the City determines that such oral presentation and interview of the key personnel is <br />needed, the Issuing Office will schedule a time and place. Proposers are required to snake the oral <br />presentation and interview of the key personnel within seven (7) workdays after request by the City. <br />Proposers should be prepared to discuss and substantiate any of the areas of the Proposal submitted, as <br />well as its qualifications to faunish the specified products and services. Notwithstanding the possibility <br />of a request for an oral presentation and interview of the key personnel, Proposers shall not rely on the <br />possibility of such a request and shall submit a complete and comprehensive written response to this <br />solicitation. Any costs incurred for the oral presentation and interview of the key personnel are the <br />responsibility of the Proposer. <br />WIV15 -072 <br />17 <br />
