The commercial center is a local and community serving destination <br />containing a Home Depot and three freestanding eating establishments, namely a House of <br />Pancakes (IHOP), El Pollo Loco and Jack -in- the -Box. The Planet Fitness health club use is <br />proposed to occupy the existing 23,397 square foot building at 1760 East Edinger Avenue that was <br />previously occupied by Staples retail store. <br />The PacificCenter commercial site is located on Edinger Avenue east of Lyon Street and west of <br />Ritchey Street.
