Identifies, researches, and resolves complex technical problems. Performs a variety of complicated tasks, and provides support for escalated troubled tickets. May have other duties as assigned. Web Architect Manages system architecture, software development, $90 -$115 IT infrastructure, and technical evaluation for project and programs. Coordinates implementation of the infrastructure components, uses software technology and techniques, may write and develop software for special projects; designs infrastructure to support enterprise and user requirements. Provides conceptual, analytical and design for meeting business objectives. Includes other duties as assigned.
