2. AGMT NO. 2015 -241 - Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the <br />Council to amend the existing agreement with C3 Office Solutions <br />for the period November 1, 2012 through October 31, 2015, <br />subject to non - substantive changes approved by the City <br />Manager and City Attorney, for Managed Print Services related to <br />invoices to close -out existing account balance for an amount not <br />to exceed $39,000. <br />3.
