Contract Award for SCADA Network PLC Programming <br />November 3, 2015 <br />Page 2 <br />The notice inviting bids was advertised on July 30, 2015, on the City's online bid management and <br />publication system. A summary of the bid invitations and bids received is as follows: <br />128 Vendors were notified <br />1 Santa Ana vendor was notified <br />22 Vendors downloaded the bid packet <br />11 Bids received <br />0 Bids received from Santa Ana vendors <br />Bids were opened on August 26, 2015, and evaluated (Exhibit 1). The bids received from the <br />recommended vendors are responsive to the specifications and meet the City's requirements.
