A. The Association representative shall accrue eight (8) hours of sick leave each <br />month until the accrued sick leave total reaches a maximum of 1600 hours. <br />B. Vacation shall be accrued pursuant to Article X of the POA MOU. <br />ARTICLE XV <br />15,0 SAFETY <br />15.1 The City and the employees of the City agree to comply with all applicable federal, state <br />and local laws, and City of Santa Ana regulations, which relate to health and safety. <br />ARTICLE XVI <br />16.0 RESIDENCY <br />16.1 To the extent possible, the City shall perform any and all acts necessary to remove <br />limitations upon where employees reside who are covered by this MOU. <br />At the discretion of the Police Chief, selected special duty assignments may be <br />designated as rapid response assignments.
