Section 2: In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), <br />Environmental Impact Report No. 2006-02 was prepared for the Transit Zoning Code, <br />where the proposed Project is located. On June 7, 2010, the City Council adopted a <br />resolution certifying the Final Environmental Impact Report, adopted the CEQA Findings <br />of Fact and Statement of Overriding Considerations, and adopted the Mitigation <br />Monitoring and Reporting Program for the Transit Zoning Code.
