1V/ <br />D. Issuance of State Review Decision, <br />The State review will be limited to violations of the WIA, implementing WIA regulations or <br />the grant agreement. This review shall be limited to the record established at the LWIA <br />hearing. <br />Procedures for Handling Discrimination Complaints by <br />Participants. <br />A. Complaints on the basis of race, color, or national origin, age, sex, religion, political <br />affiliation or belief, retaliation, and citizenship, where appropriate, must be filed within 180 <br />days of the alleged occurrence. <br />It is the responsibility of the Santa Ana LWIA's Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) <br />Officer to determine jurisdiction and to make the complainant aware of and provide <br />assistance in filing a complaint in accordance with the Santa Ana LWIA's procedure <br />under Section II (A). <br />15 <br />EXHIBIT B <br />25B-36 <br />
