Exhibit A <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />VENDOR INFORMATION - Climb It <br />Event: SOMOS 2015 <br />SERVICE DATE: November 8, 2015 <br />COMPENSATION DUE TO THE VENDOR: $1050.00 <br />DESCRIPTION: <br />Climb It will be supplying one mobile Rockwall that will be used by visitors of the event. The <br />mobile Rockwall will have two (2) attendants for the duration of the SOMOS event taking place <br />November 8, 2015. The mobile Rockwall is a stand still activity, there are no games associated <br />with them. Climb It provided services last year for the same event. <br />Setup/tcardown —Event will setup on Sunday morning at 6:00 a.m. and tear clown Sunday <br />afternoon at 2 p.m. <br />Open Hours — Event will open at 9 am. and close at 2 p,m. <br />Page 7 of 7 <br />
