Officers <br />(1) "Host City" Defined <br />Each party hereto shall be the "host city" under this <br />Agreement in alternating calendar years. Tustin shall be the <br />host city until the end of the 1990 calendar year. <br />(2) Chairperson <br />Unless otherwise provided by the governing board, the <br />Mayor of the host city shall be chairperson of the governing <br />board. The Chairperson of the governing board shall preside at <br />its meetings and shall perform such other duties as are specified <br />by the governing board. <br />(3) Vice Chairperson <br />Unless otherwise provided by the governing board, the <br />Mayor of the non -host city shall be Vice Chairperson of the <br />governing board. <br />(4) Secretary <br />The Secretary of the Authority shall be designated by <br />the City Manager of the host city from among the officers and <br />employees of the host city. The Secretary shall be responsible <br />for the minutes and other records of the governing board and <br />shall perform such other duties as are specified by the governing <br />board. Upon the conclusion of each calendar year, the Secretary <br />for the past calendar year shall transfer all documents in his or <br />her custody pertaining to the business of the Authority to the <br />0 <br />
